Charles Quinton Murphy (July 12, 1959 – April 12, 2017) was an American stand-up humorist and actor. He was best noted as a writer and cast contributor of the Comedy Central sketch-comedy convoy Chappelle's Show as well as influence co-star of the sitcom Black Jesus. He was the older brother stand for actor and comedian Eddie Murphy.

Early life
